Civic Organizations
The Bolivar Lions Club was chartered in March of 1970 and have played a large role in Bolivar and the surrounding communities for more than 40 years. They provide annual scholarships to the Bolivar-Richburg Central School and extend financial help to individuals and other community organizations.
